Less than a mile from Alexandra Palace, the family-run White Lodge is a 5-minute walk from Hornsey Railway Station. The traditional guest house offers continental breakfasts and Wi-Fi access.
The budget bedrooms are individually decorated, and each has a TV. All rooms have tea/coffee facilities and a hairdryer, and some have a private modern bathroom.

The White Lodge does not have a private car park. However, parking in the local area is not restricted, so it is easy to find a parking space in one of the surrounding streets at most times of the day.
Unlike central London, there are no parking meters or residents-only parking bays to contend with in the area.
Surrounding Area
Hornsey is located between Crouch End, Muswell Hill and Wood Green. Many restaurants and shops, including The Mall Wood Green, are within walking distance or just a short bus ride away. Local directions are always available from reception.
Transport
By Air (from London Heathrow Airport):
From London Heathrow Airport, take the Piccadilly line on the London Underground to Turnpike Lane London Underground Station. From Turnpike Lane, take the number 41 bus towards Hornsey. After 3 stops, get off the bus at Hornsey police station. The White Lodge is located next door.
By Air (from London Gatwick Airport):
From London Gatwick Airport, take the Gatwick Express train service to London Victoria Railway Station. From Victoria, take the Victoria line on the London Underground network tube to Highbury and Islington. From there take a First Capital Connect train to Hornsey. This is usually a Stevenage or Welwyn Garden City service. We are a five minute walk from Hornsey rail station.
By Air (from London Stansted Airport):
From Stansted Airport, take the Stansted Express train service to Tottenham Hale Railway Station. From Tottenham Hale, take the number 41 bus, which passes outside the guest house.
Alternatively, airport transfers are available from any of the airports, using a local taxi company who know the White Lodge well. Transfers can also be arranged from and to London Luton Airport and London City Airport. Transfers are at a reasonable and pre-arranged cost. Further details are available on request. The White Lodge is a Victorian property with no lift, only stairs. It is not possible to request or reserve rooms on lower floors.
For bookings of 7 nights or more, the White Lodge will require a non-refundable deposit.
