London Riverside Hotel Richmond

The Riverside Hotel is located on the River Thames with views of the river and picturesque Richmond. The Lounge and Breakfast Room overlook the river.

The Riverside Hotel offers spacious comfortable rooms with en-suite bathrooms. Other facilities include direct dial telephones, colour television and tea and coffee making facilities. Richmond is perfectly situated for visits to London and to many local places of interest, such as Hampton Court Palace and the Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew. Check in time is from 2pm to 11pm. Due to the nature of the building, we do not have a lift.

Transport

The hotel is situated on the a307 with easy access to m3, m4, m25 and a4. There is a fast train service from Richmond station to Waterloo (15 minutes). Also, Underground (District Line) train services to central London and the main line stations. Heathrow Airport is 7 miles away. There is also access to Gatwick Airport (approx. 20 miles) by road via the M3 and M25 or by train from Richmond to Clapham Junction then change onto the Gatwick train.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 17.5 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 6.99 per 24 hours.

Meal Plan: Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: No parking available.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
