Please note that check in takes place at the apartments' office at Ground Floor, 4 Greenland Place, NW1 0AP.
To check in, guests need to go to the office and will receive the keys and pay for the stay. Guests will then be given directions to the apartment.
Guests must provide ID (passport, driving licence or national ID card) at check-in. A security deposit will be required.
Check-in after 21:00 is at an additional cost.
Group bookings of 3 apartments or more and bookings for more than 6 nights are subject to pre-payment. On confirmation of booking, 30% of the deposit is required. The final balance is to be paid 14 days prior to arrival.
Please note that parties are not allowed on the property, and guests found breaking this rule will be charged.
