Coming out of the Tube station, take the left-hand exit and turn left into Pelham Street. Walk straight on until you get to a set of traffic lights, and cut straight across them. This becomes Sloane Avenue. Chelsea Cloisters is located on the right-hand side, just past the Conran shop, opposite 60 Sloane Avenue.
