These recently built apartments are well equipped with comfortable open plan living space and kitchen dinner facilities. The kitchens are very well equipped for any traveller on business or pleasure wanting to stay for several days or months. Bedrooms are well serviced with excellent storage space. Some apartments overlook the marina, some have good sized balconies.

Guests will need to complete a credit-card authorisation form. This will need to be completed and sent back to Reservations, along with a photocopy of the back of the credit card used. Reservations will need these documents in order to confirm your reservation, as there is no reception on arrival.
Cancellation Terms
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged GBP 25.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 7 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.
Meal Plan: This hotel has no meal services.
Parking: No parking available.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
