Bulsrode Avenue can be accessed from Lampton Road (A3005) which inturn can be reached by either the Bath Road (A3006) coming from Heathrow or the M4 & the A4 Great West Road coming from C.London in to Heathrow (take turn at Hounslow A316 sign).
