Transport
Exit the m3 at Junction 1 or from the m25 exit at Junction 13 and take the a308 to Kingston upon Thames following the signs to Hampton Court Palace.

Cancellation Terms
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 17.5 % VAT is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 6.50 per hour.
