Transport

On Foot
The office is located just above Warren Street Tube station on Euston Road. When you come out of the station, turn left and go around the corner to the entrance doors for Warren Court. Please ring the bell number 9 and you will be met.

Important

Check-in:
To arrange check-in, you must telephone the residence office (number provided in your booking confirmation) at least 1 hour before your arrival. If you do not do this, you may have to wait longer than expected to check in.

Check-in after 21:00 is at an additional cost. To check in, go to the office at Ground Floor, 4 Greenland Place, NW1 0AP, where you will receive the keys and pay for the stay. You will be given directions to your apartment.

Payment Information:
Payment must be in cash, upon arrival. If you would like to pay by credit or debit card, this payment has to be arranged in advance. Please contact the apartments before your arrival.

A valid ID must be presented at check-in.

Group bookings of 3 or more apartments, or more than 6 nights, are subject to prepayment and different cancellation policies. A 30% deposit will be required on confirmation of booking, and the remaining amount must be paid 14 days before arrival.
